About the Role

We are seeking an Office/HR Administrator to join our fast-growing team. This role requires excellent communication, office management, and event planning skills. The ideal candidate will be organized, a multi-tasker, and comfortable working in an administrative support capacity.

Responsibilities include managing office supplies, arranging meals and hotel stays, planning internal events, managing budgets, and maintaining conference rooms. The successful candidate will also assist with team swag orders, HRIS, and ATS maintenance, as well as onboarding and offboarding employees.

Requirements

- Availability to work onsite Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm PST
- AA degree or equivalent with 1-3 years of office coordination and HR administration experience
- Experience working with local restaurants, caterers, and delivery services
- Hands-on experience with Google Suite, Office 365, and budget management
- High technology startup experience is preferred
