Job Summary: The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the audio-visual sector. Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and Develop Opportunities: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.

3. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.

4. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's audio-visual products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

5. Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and functionality of our solutions.

6. Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

7. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.

9. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance using CRM software and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the audio-visual, technology, or related industry.

Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong presentation and demonstration skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Working Conditions: Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
