About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oncology Specialist to join our team in the Washington, D.C. area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing clinical knowledge of our products to medical professionals and effectively communicating the clinical and economic benefits of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals * Communicate the clinical and economic benefits of our products to healthcare providers * Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to achieve sales targets * Utilize internal and external relationships to service and manage accounts
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree and 3 years of sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Strong understanding of oncology and disease state awareness * Ability to communicate complex information effectively to healthcare providers * Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
