Job Summary

The Account Administrator plays a vital role in servicing commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the Commercial Lines team. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can build professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and courteous responses to internal and external clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Account Management: Process endorsement requests, verify endorsements, and issue Auto ID cards as needed.
  • Financial Management: Accurately bill premiums and commissions, and manage assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Team Support: Assist other Account Service Teams as needed, and provide back-up support for front desk duties.
  • Professional Development: Obtain a Colorado Property and Casualty License, complete Continuing Education classes, and work towards obtaining insurance industry designations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel, and previous experience with agency management software is desired.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under time constraints.
