Optimizing Global Logistics as a Salesforce Solutions Architect

As a key member of our Product and Technology organization, you'll work closely with stakeholders and customers to deliver technical and operational support. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and analyzing complex Salesforce business processes, including data management and lightning flows. You'll design, develop, and deploy solutions using Visual Studio Code and Git for version control, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop and analyze complex Salesforce business processes, including data management and lightning flows.
  2. Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Visual Studio Code and Git for version control.
  3. Perform periodic and ad-hoc testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce.
  4. Troubleshoot issues that arise with Salesforce applications and configurations.
  5. Manage stakeholder and customer expectations for both technical and operational support.
  6. Perform release management for Salesforce.
  7. Monitor performance trends and recommend solutions.
  8. Maintain documentation, define best practices, and communicate effectively.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service/Account Engagement Clouds, Salesforce Communities, Data Cloud, SF DevOps, and other cloud technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and implement processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Able to adapt to new technologies, learn quickly, and manage high ambiguity.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Salesforce.com Accredited Advanced Administrator.
