Key Responsibilities
  • Build Strong Patient Relationships: Create a calm and welcoming environment, providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
  • Act as a Liaison: Serve as a liaison between our practice and patients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Review Treatment Plans: Review treatment plans with patients, address questions and concerns, discuss financial options, and make financial agreements regarding treatment, cost, and method of payment.
  • Collect Payments: Collect payments and copays in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Schedule Appointments: Monitor, schedule, and call patients to fill any Doctor or Hygiene openings.
  • Ensure Accurate Records: Ensure that all patient records are current and accurate.
Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Dental Office Experience: Previous experience working in a dental office setting is preferred.
Working Environment

Working conditions include those typically seen in an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
