Job Description:
The Bilingual Business Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the parish office, including managing financial records, coordinating events, and communicating with staff and volunteers. This is a full-time, exempt position that requires a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:
This role is critical to the smooth operation of the parish office. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of business principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinate events, including scheduling meetings and conferences
- Communicate with staff and volunteers, including preparing meeting agendas and minutes
- Provide administrative support to the pastor and other staff members
