We are seeking a full-time Administrative Manager to oversee our Ft. Worth powersports business operations.

Job Overview

Patriot Powersports specializes in finding a diverse range of lightly used side by sides and ATVs across the nation, remarketing them to North Texas and surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide exceptional value to customers looking for like-new units, offering financing options through partnerships with banks and delivering products directly to clients.

Salary and Benefits

Competitive pay: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience

Two weeks paid annual vacation (after 6 months employment)

Family-owned business with flexible and caring ownership

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable databases, providing timely financial reports to the owner
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and payroll for a team of 7-8 employees
  • Provide general support to office visitors and schedule meetings/appointments with clients, sending reminders to staff when appointments are near
  • Organize and inventory office supplies, ordering new stock as needed
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices and manage contracts with vendors/service providers
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in an administrative, customer service, or related role
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with QuickBooks, Lightspeed, or other accounting/bookkeeping software
  • Background in vehicle titling or a similar field
  • Associate's degree or higher
