Physician - Primary Care Specialist

Centro De Salud Familiar La Fe is seeking a highly skilled Physician to join our team as a Primary Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality primary and preventive healthcare services to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide Comprehensive Healthcare Services: Deliver high-quality primary and preventive healthcare services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with our healthcare team, including nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and health goals.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Medical Knowledge: Stay current with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Education: Graduate of an approved and accredited medical school (M.D. or D.O.).
- Board Certification: Board certified or board eligible in primary care specialty (family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, etc.).
- License: Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Texas.
- Registration: Current DEA registration and Texas Department of Public Safety registration.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years training in an accredited residency program of a primary care specialty (family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, etc.).
