Primary Care Physician

Centro de Salud Familiar La Fe, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our team of healthcare professionals.
In this role, you will provide high-quality primary and preventive health services to patients at our clinic. You will work collaboratively with the Chief Medical Officer and other medical staff to ensure exceptional patient care and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive healthcare services within your area of expertise.
- Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer on matters related to medical practice and PHS Regional Office requirements.
- Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
- A thorough understanding of medical principles and practices, with a particular focus on preventive medicine.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
- The ability to make sound judgments in challenging situations.
- A commitment to providing age-appropriate care and understanding the developmental needs of patients across the lifespan.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
We require:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school (M.D. or D.O.).
- Board certification or eligibility in a primary care specialty (Family Practice, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, etc.).
- An unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Texas.
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency registration.
- Current Texas Department of Public Safety registration.
- Minimum 3 years of training in an accredited residency program for a primary care specialty.
- Minimum 1 year of internship plus two years of experience in a primary care setting.
