- Engage directly with clients, providing top-notch service through phone, email, or our collaborative dashboard.
- Embrace a variety of tasks, contributing to our mission of simplifying dental care.
- A high school graduate (or equivalent) with a flair for technology and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel, and comfortable with office tech and equipment.
- An effective communicator in English, both in writing and speech, who values customer satisfaction.
- Someone who values confidentiality, adheres to HIPAA regulations, and is eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
