Job Title: Account Executive, Advertiser Solutions

PubMatic, a leading independent technology company, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in New York. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales of CTV/OTT inventory across major agencies and advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of CTV/OTT inventory across all major agencies and advertisers, working in partnership with the generalist sales team
  • Grow platform spend to meet and exceed goals while continuously prospecting new business
  • Identify the right decision makers within in-house teams to pitch the value and drive activation of CTV/OTT business
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and ongoing direct client management and entertainment
  • Work with ad partners proactively to provide media packaging of publisher opportunities resulting in higher publisher revenue
  • Create activation paths for direct clients to access media, such as auction packages
  • Develop a strong understanding of PubMatic's technology and media solutions from an intellectual and applied perspective; communicate the value proposition to drive business growth
  • Develop strong cross-functional working relationships with internal partners
  • Attend mobile-specific industry events and conferences to network and grow your industry knowledge
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience for CTV/OTT with agencies and advertisers
  • Demonstrated experience with programmatic advertising, including pricing models, optimization tactics, audience trends and buying technologies
  • Proficiency in Excel with a proven ability to convey data and analysis to drive business
  • Strong presentation (Including PowerPoint) and negotiation skills
  • Flexible, start-up mindset with proven success in fast-paced environments

  • Prior success with packaging & selling CTV/OTT inventory to buyers
  • Existing relationships with agencies and advertisers
  • Familiar with the buyers' organization structure, with a particular focus on how to impact activation decisions for CTV/OTT
  • Self-starter - comfortable engaging directly with clients to get things done
  • Team player - enjoys the collaborative work of problem solving for customers
Compensation and Benefits:

Base + Bonus Compensation Range: $155,000 - $185,000

In accordance with applicable law, the above range provided is PubMatic's reasonable estimate of the cash compensation for this role. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition, PubMatic also offers a competitive benefits package.
