Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RN to join our team as a Weekend Incentive Plan RN. This role will support Sussex County, specifically the area in and around Georgetown and the Delaware Beaches.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement care plans that are results-oriented and patient-centered, consistent with available resources.
- Develop plans for discharge of patients.
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain their BSN within three years of their start date.
- Must possess a current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 1 year of RN experience.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
