Job Summary

At Beebe Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled Pulmonary Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a critical care nurse practitioner, you will provide direct patient care to critically ill or injured adult patients in collaboration with the intensivist physician on duty.

Responsibilities

Manage the comprehensive care of acutely and chronically critically ill or injured adult patients
Partner with attending physicians to provide 24/7/365 medical and surgical management for critical-care service
Perform advanced skills of comprehensive airway management, invasive procedures, and titration of vasoactive drugs

Requirements

Completion of an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program approved by the ANCC or AANP
Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Delaware and national board certification as an ANCP
Valid prescriptive authority as issued by the Delaware Board of Nursing or State Medical Board of Delaware
DEA license or eligibility to apply for DEA number and license
Valid BLS and ACLS card upon hire
Certification for FCSS and formal airway course required within 1 year of hire
Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospital medicine/surgery
