To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge, and skills, as well as a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing and a current state license to practice as a registered nurse.

Requirements:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, not required
  • Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
