Overview


The Store Signage Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in the creation and execution of marketing materials, including magazines, store communications for customers and employees, as well as both print and digital advertising.

This position involves ongoing evaluation and oversight of the quality of work produced, ensuring that all in-store marketing communications align with the department's standards.

Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Manage and oversee project data, ensuring compliance with established contractual or policy standards.
  • Perform data entry and management for various departmental initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation of training resources such as manuals, presentations, and project plans.
  • Maintain accurate and current project documentation, including contracts and purchase orders.
  • Verify all pertinent information used in print marketing collateral.
  • Foster collaborative relationships across different internal teams.
  • Participate in weekly creative meetings, providing guidance to the creative team.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure project deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
  • Support the development of permanent, seasonal, and promotional signage projects from inception to completion, including budgeting and vendor selection.
  • Generate creative copy that aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.
  • Conduct data entry and file management for departmental projects.
  • Design both digital and printed materials to support various marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all channels.
  • Prepare creative files and materials accurately for print or digital distribution.
Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and the ability to present creative ideas effectively.
  • Skills in project management.
Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Ability to operate photographic equipment.
  • Understanding of retail design and customer brand experiences.
Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Alternatively, 5+ years of experience in a related field may substitute for a degree.
