We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Recovery Coach to join our team at Eliot Community Human Services. As a Recovery Coach, you will play a vital role in providing quality support and care to individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide side-by-side interventions to individuals, focusing on problem-solving, skills training, and modeling behavior.
- Participate in daily team huddles and meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Complete NOMS assessments and other evaluations as assigned to inform treatment plans.
- Provide third-party billable recovery coaching services as needed and clinically appropriate.
- Assist the team in providing ongoing assessment of symptoms and responses to staff interventions.
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience working with adults with mental illness and/or substance abuse.
- May substitute six months of experience with a college degree in the human services field.
- Must be receiving mental health and/or substance use services or have self-knowledge to manage their illness with an established recovery process.
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Certified Recovery Coach
- MA Driver's License
