The Property Community Coordinator will be tasked with managing the daily functions of our residential properties, focusing on maintaining high occupancy levels, ensuring profitability, and fostering tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee on-site personnel, providing necessary training and guidance
  • Facilitate leasing operations and develop marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain tenant relationships, addressing any issues or inquiries
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure property standards are upheld
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in property management
  • Understanding of real estate regulations and leasing procedures
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Experience with property management software (Yardi experience is advantageous)
