Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
  • Open Accounts and Support Bank Products and Services
  • Identify Client Needs and Inform/Sell Products
  • Support the Teller Line as Needed
  • Assist with Loan Applications
  • Assist with Dual Control Vault Responsibilities and Audit Controls
  • Assist with On-the-Job Training of New Associates

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2-5 Years of Experience as a Teller or Universal Banker or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to Recognize Needs and Cross-Sell Banking Products
  • Background Credit Check and Compliance with S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008
