Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Gemaire as a leader in the industry, ensuring maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, vendors, and contractors.
  • Manage showroom merchandising and re-stocking of products, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist in resolving customer relations issues and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Process sales orders, upsell associated items, and adhere to all safety requirements.
  • Perform warehouse duties as needed and contribute to a safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a Counter Sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven success in sales and customer service, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet goals, and objectives in designated time frames.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.
