About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Soccer Shots - Queens Northwest & Staten Island. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about youth sports development and has a proven track record of business growth.


Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing all seasonal operation duties related to Soccer Shots Queens, including business development, marketing, relationship management, and business management. They will work closely with our Executive Director/Owner to achieve sales and revenue targets, as well as develop strategic partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders.


Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory book of business, including private and public programs.
  • Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to acquire new accounts, partners, and customers, including promotional events, conferences, and social media campaigns.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, including regular check-ins, site visits, and communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Business Management: Provide operational support to ensure the success of seasonal programs, including coaching, account management, and revenue tracking.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development, preferably in the youth sports industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
