Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our team at a top law firm in DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate with experience in acquisitions, transactions, due diligence, and dispositions.
This is a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days of onsite work.
The salary range for this position is $90k-$150k.
Responsibilities- Coordinate title and survey diligence, document execution, and closings.
- Draft transactional documents.
- Prepare closing and post-closing logistics.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate in a law firm.
