Job Opportunity

NASC GLOBAL, a leading HR Consulting and Management firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support our valued client. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact within a dynamic organization.

Compensation Package:

Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $95,000 to $150,000, commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate title/survey diligence, document execution, and closing logistics.
  • Review and analyze title, survey, and zoning documents; assist in resolving issues that arise.
  • Draft various transactional documents.
  • Prepare closing documents.
  • Coordinate closing and post-closing logistics.
  • Undertake special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial real estate, preferably at a law firm.
  • Strong organizational skills to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, complex transactional environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of internal staff, attorneys, management, and external clients.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's Degree; Paralegal Certification is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with real estate software (e.g., ProLaw, Clio, or similar).
  • Knowledge of electronic filing systems and document management software.
  • Understanding of title insurance processes and property records.
  • Proficient in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
  • Experience with contract management software.
