Key Responsibilities- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical direction and oversight to our primary care and clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards and guidelines.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our primary care and clinical services, including staff management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with our clients, patients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for quality improvement and implement initiatives to enhance patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in primary care, emergency medicine, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience.
- Certifications: Board certification in a relevant medical specialty, such as family medicine or internal medicine.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
