As a care partner, your primary responsibility is delivering exceptional resident care, requiring a deep understanding of each resident's unique needs and preferences.


Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support residents with mobility issues, including escort and transfer services
Assist with housekeeping tasks, such as making beds and cleaning living areas
Utilize electronic medical records and other systems to ensure accurate and timely care delivery
Monitor residents for safety and report any changes or concerns to the Resident Services Director
Requirements

Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
Experience working with seniors and building strong relationships
Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
