Job DescriptionJob Description Dual Director of Sales for the Folsom Fairfield Inn by Marriott and Staybridge Suites by IHG

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at the Folsom Fairfield Inn and Staybridge Suites. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a marketing plan and sales budget with the General Manager.

You will provide sales training to staff of the hotel as applicable, analyze Revenue Management strategy using tools such as Star Reports, demand analysis, and applicable front office systems, and schedule sales appointments. Additionally, you will conduct a required amount of cold calls, organize, maintain, and track sales data, and complete requests of the General Manager and other management personnel as applicable.

Requirements:

  • Preferably 1+ year of similar experience in Hotel Sales
  • Brand Experience preferred not required
  • Knowledgeable in Brand Specific Sales Tools and Systems
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong Prospecting and Networking Skills
  • Open Availability
  • Education Preferred of Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college, or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
