Position Summary:
This role is responsible for various maintenance tasks across the organization, focusing on both Facilities and Live Production areas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment.
  • Assist with snow removal when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
  • Oversee inventory management of maintenance supplies and tools.
  • Respond to alarms and participate in scheduled holiday and weekend duties.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of workspaces, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Occasionally fabricate or modify existing equipment.
  • Perform miscellaneous repairs to support operations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Understand commercial and industrial electrical systems.
  • Exhibit skills in carpentry and construction.
  • Provide backup support for the Environmental Department as needed.
  • Execute related duties as required.

Job Requirements:
May require bonding. A valid driver's license is necessary. Experience in general maintenance and customer interaction is essential.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Effective communication with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting maintenance issues.
  • Capability to operate company vehicles in various weather conditions.

Work Environment:
This position involves exposure to varying climates, including hot and cold conditions. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and for weights exceeding this, mechanical assistance or a two-person lift is necessary.
