Job Overview

NexDine Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for developing and executing culinary results to exceed customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in food service management, specifically in corporate dining. A culinary school certificate or degree is preferred, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ServSafe Certification and Allergen Awareness Certification are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage menu writing and cost control utilizing recipes and costing measures
  • Ensure the quality of all food products and maintain standards
  • Oversee all aspects of food production, execution, and presentation
  • Manage vendor relationships and purchasing of food and supplies
  • Receiving and inventory management, including lifting items up to 40 pounds
  • Client relationship management and account retention
