Job Summary

As a Senior Oracle EBS WMS Consultant, you will be responsible for planning and conducting project scoping/requirement gathering workshops, managing client and stakeholder relationships, and gaining acceptance of solutions. You will also develop solution architecture patterns, advocate for best practices, and ensure standardization of solution designs. Additionally, you will provide expert technical advice to the team, coordinate with onsite and offshore teams, and plan and conduct SIT, user training, UAT, and cut over activities.

Requirements

Must have an engineering or Bachelor of science graduate degree with a preference for an MBA from an accredited institution.

8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS WMS with 2-3 end-to-end implementations and development projects.

Minimum 4 years of consulting experience in creating requirement specifications, E2E solution designing, and strong Oracle EBS WMS configuration/set-up experience and functional knowledge.

Should have worked extensively in EBS WMS integrating with distribution modules (OM, PO, Inventory, WIP, BOM manufacturing modules) and functionalities.

Expert in writing functional specifications, test scripts, training manuals, configurations, and functionalities using OUM methodology.

Ability to handle functional spec schedules with clients independently and write MoM, MD50, and close open questions if any.

Support and work closely with the development team during the CEMLI build phase and unit testing.

Experience with customer-facing relationships for both project and sustain-related functions.

Good interpersonal skills to work and coordinate with onsite and offshore teams.

Must have a service-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused.

Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.

Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business leaders and offshore teams
