Revenue Cycle Systems Specialist

The Epic Cadence Analyst II is a critical role at Boston Medical Center, requiring a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities to apply technology to improve business processes.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business problems and IT strategies, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers and IT personnel, and will work collaboratively to drive business outcomes.
This position requires a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, and will be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Responsibilities- Work closely with customers and IT personnel to identify opportunities to apply technology to improve business processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience that includes working closely with IT in the development and implementation of systems.
- Knowledge of the assigned business area's products and processes.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business.
- Understanding of project management concepts in planning and implementing multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong written communication skills, including project documentation and technical writing.
The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
