At Faustassociates, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our revenue growth efforts. As Chief Revenue Growth Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales and commercialization of our company. Your primary focus will be on revenue generation, both with existing and new customers.

We are looking for a highly capable and proactive candidate who can increase sales, capture opportunities, teaming arrangements and long-term awards, as well as develop new ones. The ideal candidate will have significant experience and a track record of success in sales within the RF/microwave/microelectronics space, or more broadly within defense electronics systems and related verticals in the aerospace and defense industry.

The successful candidate will report to our President and will be both a doer and a manager of the work involved. Sales and related goals will be measured on a quarterly and annual basis. There will be engineering, program management, and administrative support for this position and the opportunity to hire additional sales personnel as the company grows.

Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive revenue expansion, focusing on existing and new business opportunities.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve aggressive revenue targets, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals that meet or exceed customer requirements, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality bid documents.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and preferences, and developing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in sales leadership, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field, such as RF or electrical engineering, or an MBA/Master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Able to travel up to 50% to meet with customers, attend industry events, and represent the company at conferences and tradeshows.
  • A U.S. citizen or legal resident, with the ability to hold a DoD Secret clearance (or higher).
