Highly Skilled Motorcycle Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our team at Swope Motorsports. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to motorcycle maintenance and repair.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motorcycle repair and maintenance, with experience working on a wide range of models and systems. You will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining motorcycles, diagnosing and repairing problems, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities- Perform oil changes, quick lubes, tire changeovers, wheel balancing, and light duty repairs in an efficient and timely manner.
- Conduct quality inspections and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Demonstrate excellent guest service skills, including clear communication and feedback about motorcycle conditions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Knowledge of motorcycle repair and maintenance principles.
- Eager learner with good oral and written communication skills.
