Job Title: Priority Banking Specialist at Regions

Description: At Regions, the Priority Banking Specialist delivers comprehensive banking services to high-net-worth clients by offering tailored advice, support, and education on Regions' financial offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meets Contact Center objectives by assessing customer requirements and delivering suitable advice, support, and education on Regions' financial offerings.
  • Maintains necessary levels of incoming calls from the top tier of Regions' clientele.
  • Informs and guides clients on various products and services, encompassing all types of loans and deposits.
  • Takes initiative in resolving customer concerns and collaborates proactively with clients for effective solutions.
  • Directs clients to an internal team of specialists when intricate financial objectives and needs are identified.
  • Operates under close supervision or established protocols.

This role necessitates time tracking and is eligible for overtime compensation for hours exceeding 40 per week in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act.

This position includes incentive eligibility.

Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) is required. Further details can be found in the relevant documentation.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service or sales.

For remote work applicants, the following technical specifications are mandatory:

  • Download speed of at least 50 megabits per second (Mbps), verifiable by the Internet Service Provider (ISP).
  • Upload speed of at least 5 megabits per second (Mbps), verifiable by the Internet Service Provider (ISP).
  • Confirmation of download speed through testing or documentation from the provider.
  • Satellite internet is not permissible. Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi extenders are prohibited when utilizing Regions Equipment. An Ethernet cable must connect directly from the Internet Router to the Meraki device provided by Regions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College Degree.
  • One (1) year of experience in banking or lending.
  • One (1) year of experience in client relationship management.
