About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 24/7 technical support to the operation of the Line Maintenance organization, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Liaise between Engineering, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), vendors, and front-line functional groups to facilitate the dispatch of out-of-service aircraft, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Investigate damage findings for accuracy and compare with published limits, utilizing technical documentation and industry knowledge to inform repair decisions.
  • Develop and implement repair designs and procedures, authoring dispatch documents and substantiation to safely return aircraft to service.
  • Provide clarification to maintenance groups on technical documentation, ensuring clear understanding and adherence to industry standards.
  • Assist in determining effectivity and interchangeability, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, with a strong foundation in technical principles and industry standards.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of technical expertise and collaboration.
  • Valid US driver's license, with a strong ability to utilize MS Office Suite, TRAX, and maintenance software.
  • A&P license preferred, with working knowledge of 14 CFR 25 and 121, and specific Airbus A320 family experience.
