Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Engineer II - Liaison to join our team at Piper Aircraft. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in aerospace engineering and experience in resolving complex problems related to aircraft manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in resolving complex problems related to aircraft manufacturing that require a high level of ingenuity and innovation.
  • Verify accuracy of results through consultation with other authorities in the field and through formal review.
  • Develop repairs that meet aircraft regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve technical problems while taking into account quality, cost, and schedule.
  • Review work in progress to ensure that specifications, design criteria, and schedules are maintained.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of five years MRB experience.
  • Knowledge of aircraft materials/hardware.
  • Computer aided design (CAD) skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers in both written and oral form.
