Position Overview:
The Clinical Nurse I plays a vital role within a multidisciplinary healthcare team, delivering exceptional patient care through the nursing process, which encompasses assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
In collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, the Clinical Nurse I will:
- Establish goals and strategies to meet patient discharge or continuing care needs.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain current nursing care plans.
- Identify patient learning needs and provide tailored education.
- Administer medications safely in accordance with established policies.
- Act as a liaison for patient care coordination across various hospital departments.
- Advocate for patient safety and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Essential Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A current RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification (preferred upon hire).
- ACLS certification (preferred).
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
