Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop overall clinical services to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Oversee counseling department staffing, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Provide in-service training to clinical staff on a regular basis to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor clinical records regularly to ensure compliance with state, federal, and grant regulations, and conduct mock inspections to maintain accreditation status.
  • Manage a caseload and provide support to absent counselors as needed.

Requirements:

  • LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist), or LSAT
  • Experience working with substance use disorders, with a preference for experience with opioid treatment.
  • Ability to supervise licensed eligible employees.
