  • Quality and Safety
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the quality team to identify and address clinical quality and safety concerns.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Current Vermont licensed RN. BSN or working toward completion of BSN preferred. Proven leadership and management experience in a clinical setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
