Job Title: Senior Vice President of Internal Audit

AgTexas Farm Credit Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President of Internal Audit to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing audit plans to ensure the effectiveness of our internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive internal audit program that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement audit plans to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide recommendations to management and the Board of Directors on audit findings and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process and address any audit findings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial auditing or internal auditing, with a focus on the financial services industry.
  • CPA and/or CIA certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
