Responsibilities
You will be accountable for all aspects of your restaurant's operations. This includes:

  • Cost management
  • Inventory oversight
  • Cash handling
  • Customer service

Leading by example is crucial. Adherence to all policies and procedures is expected from both you and your team.

Your duties will also encompass scheduling, product ordering, team member training, and recruitment. General Managers are eligible for a profit-sharing bonus based on effective cost management.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Preferred but not mandatory: 1 year of experience in restaurant management
