POSITION SUMMARY: The Community Engagement Specialist plays a vital role in advocating for the Rodeo Mission and Core Values, ensuring that the community understands our purpose and operational philosophy. Ideal candidates will actively participate in both indoor and outdoor activities, engaging with individuals and promoting the Rodeo Dental Brand while attending local events. This role encompasses grassroots marketing initiatives and achieving weekly objectives to enhance brand visibility and attract new patients.
REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to the New Office Marketing Lead.
WORK SCHEDULE: This role requires a flexible schedule, including potential extended hours, evenings, and weekends as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A genuine passion for community interaction.
- Friendly and outgoing demeanor coupled with a strong work ethic.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable with outdoor work environments.
- Assertive, self-driven, and focused on achieving results.
- Availability to work weekends as necessary.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, education, or community outreach is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Daily communication with the team via phone or in-office check-ins.
- Adhere to the event schedule through our scheduling application.
- Set up marketing materials and engage with the public at retail locations, festivals, and other grassroots marketing events.
- Deliver presentations on oral hygiene and the Rodeo Dental Brand at schools and community organizations.
- Approach potential patients to discuss our exceptional dental services.
- Promote the Rodeo Brand and our unique business model focused on comprehensive dental care.
- Achieve weekly performance targets.
- Fieldwork requiring walking and standing as necessary.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
