Key Responsibilities

- Utilize consultative selling techniques to effectively sell insurance products to new clients, contributing to agency growth.
- Engage in proactive cross-selling and collaborate with agency team members to extend coverage options to existing clients.
- Seek new business opportunities through various channels including leads, phone outreach, networking events, trade shows, and personal connections.
- Secure new business through individual efforts and established lead generation methods.
- Prepare quotes and applications, delivering compelling presentations to successfully close sales.
Qualifications
- Ability to work autonomously, effectively plan, prioritize, and organize tasks.
- Active participation in the local community.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in PC software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet browsers.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Property and Casualty insurance licensing is preferred prior to hiring and is mandatory before commencing employment.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
