About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN or Seattle/Bellevue, WA. As a key member of our DSP & DA Communications and Engagement team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic communications plans to support our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and Delivery Associates (DAs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi-channel communication strategies to educate and engage DSPs and DAs on Amazon's investments in routing and technology.
  • Translate complex technical information into user-friendly resources and content to support DSPs in managing their business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new programs and products, and develop proactive plans to address emerging topics.
  • Drive creative communication campaigns to solve business needs and instill passion among the DSP community.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ingest customer listening data and inform communication strategies.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications and campaigns.

Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing complex and strategic communications that educate large audiences.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, with the ability to help others do the same.
  • Experience managing both internal and agency partners as part of a holistic go-to-market strategy.
  • Highly developed and polished written communication skills.
  • Experience working autonomously to develop and propose strategies for improvements.
  • Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and multiple projects at once.
  • Attention to detail, particularly when it comes to proofing copy and content.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
