Quality Assurance Specialist

At Caresoft Global Technologies Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes. Your primary duties will include interacting with customers to understand their needs, preparing quality assurance check sheets and processes, and supporting customer quality audits. You will also be responsible for resolving quality rejects and warranty concerns, as well as analyzing workstations to identify improvement opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with design engineering and manufacturing to optimize design concepts and develop processes and documentation consistent with Lean manufacturing standards. If you have a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and two years of experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
