About the Role:

Ciena Healthcare Management, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Care Specialist to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services to residents
  • Supervise the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members
  • Assess the health of residents and notify physicians of changes in status
  • Develop and implement plans of care based on assessments
  • Contribute to resident assessments and the development of care plans

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state
  • CPR certification
