As a Key Account Manager at Alliance Consumer Group, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and market expansion. This position requires maintaining and growing existing accounts, while also identifying new business opportunities in your assigned channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet assigned sales quota for the region, including new product and promotional sales, and customer additions.
  • Manage and attend 10+ tradeshows and conferences annually, occasionally requiring work on weekends.
  • Engage with regional two-step distribution customers, such as Wallace Distribution & House Hasson, to:

Present new product launches across all Alliance Consumer Group Brands (NEBO, TRUE, & THAW).

Conduct periodic product line reviews.

Plan and implement promotional calendars across multiple customers.

Develop cohesive go-to-market strategies, such as new assortment rollouts with each customer's external sales team.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Assist the internal Demand Planning team with customer item-level forecasts.
  • Update the CRM Tool (Salesforce) with relevant business opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze customer sales data and trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited 4-Year College or University (Business-related discipline preferred).
  • Proficient in Excel and related data functions (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
  • 1-2 Years of sales experience in the 2-Step distribution business or similar channel.
  • In-depth understanding of Financial (gross margin, contribution margin) & Retail (turns, retail margin) KPIs.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
