- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and drive business growth.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in a front office or related role preferred.
- Education and Skills: 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred; excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and make sound decisions.
