Global Network Recruiting is seeking an experienced Electronics Sales Director to lead the growth of our client's $20M business unit. This role involves managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing a vision for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Engineering, Operations, and Inside Sales Reps to meet customer requirements and negotiate quotes
  • Create a growth strategy for new industries and products
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including travel to tradeshows and customer sites (30-40% travel)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales and business development experience in critical electronics parts and components
  • Able to travel 30-40%
  • US Citizenship

Base salary + uncapped commission
