Responsibilities:
  • Operations: Support management in overseeing the execution of all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations.
  • Experience: Lead by example and motivate team members to consistently deliver memorable, positive in-store customer experiences.
  • People: In partnership with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager, build and retain a high-performing team by participating in selecting the best talent and leading the onboarding and training of new team members.
Qualifications:
  • At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
  • Cannabis experience preferred.
  • Inventory control experience preferred.
  • Meet the scheduling and availability requirements to meet business needs.
  • Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must pass any and all required background checks.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
Skills:
  • Must be proactive, with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Meet timelines consistently and be able to work under pressure effectively.
  • Continuously open to constructive, developmental feedback, and maintaining composure even in difficult situations.
Working Conditions:
  • Patient and/or customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions.
  • Exposure to cannabis and/or allergens that might be present in an environment where cannabis is present and prevalent.
