Job Summary:

The Department of Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Division of Hematology/Oncology are recruiting for a new clinical faculty member at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Full Professor level in the Genitourinary (GU) Medical Oncology Program.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding patient care and enrolling patients to clinical studies
  • Work closely with colleagues in other cancer subspecialties and attend multidisciplinary tumor board conferences
  • Supervise and teach medical students, residents, and fellows who rotate through the GU Oncology clinic
  • Contribute to the clinical research program of the GU Oncology program by enrolling to ongoing clinical trials; serving as a Principal Investigator on trials and/or developing their own research projects

Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree
  • ABIM certified or eligible in Medical Oncology
  • Commitment to patient care and a track record of clinical excellence and experience in the treatment and management of patients with all types of Genitourinary malignancies
